Election Law Navigator
As election litigation continues to increase, navigating state election laws has become more important— and more complex. Providing election officials and their counsel with easy access to state election codes helps ensure elections are administered in accordance with the law.
Election Law Navigator
The Election Law Navigator is a free election law research resource created by William & Mary Law school and the National Center for State Courts (NCSC.) It provides access to all 50 state election codes along with relevant case law, regulations, administrative guidance, and other legal materials, making it easier for election officials, judges, researchers, and the public to access and understand state election laws.
The Election Law Navigator organizes state election codes by a broad range of election law topics, including but not limited to:
Campaigns
